I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who even upgraded me to a room with a window. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a variety of traditional and western dishes. The facilities were excellent, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were quite big with a modern bathroom. Although the lobby bathroom was more updated than the room's, we still enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Everything was very clean, quiet, and the price was very reasonable.

The staff were not just lovely and very helpful but also went above and beyond to assist us. I especially appreciated their help with a lost item with the airline. They even organized a guided tour of the markets and a cooking class for us!
